For some people, the thought of starting a new workout regimen can be scary. The Monkey Bar Gym's Fitness Challenges are the best place to start. We'll walk you through all the basics at the beginning and you'll start with a full team of Challengers all jumping into a new routine, together. Small class sizes, personalized attention, and an environment focused on FUN and RESULTS will allow you to see improvements in just the first couple of weeks! It's no secret that Monkey Bar Gym workouts are hard. We make our workouts accessible to everyone - all of our classes are tailored for every individual: beginners to advanced! Start where you are and let us help you achieve your fitness and weight loss goals. Not only will you receive access to all of our fitness classes, you will also meet with a trainer to track your progress and keep you moving in the right direction. We focus on the "whole" you — inside and out. Learn what foods to eat, how to structure exercises around pre-existing injuries, how to rehab your body, and more!

The 60 Day Fitness Challenge is MBG’s original fitness challenge. It’s for anyone who wants a healthier lifestyle. Our fitness Challenge is incredibly effective - most participants lose several pounds of fat and gain muscle before staying with MBG for the year to make those results really stick. You will complete the 60 day Challenge with a group of participants, just like you, forming teams and supporting each other the whole way. The Challenge includes 60 days at a great introductory price, no commitment necessary.
We customize our program to your needs regardless of your current fitness level. We provide nutritional support, recipes, individualized goal setting and more.
MBG’s 60 Day Fitness Challenge includes:
(1) An introduction to Monkey Bar Gym’s unique training style, (2) 2-month unlimited membership, (3) body fat and lean mass testing, (4) fitness evaluations and individualized fitness and nutritional goal setting, with accountability for those goals and (5) nutritional guidelines (with recipes), one-hour nutritional lecture, grocery store tour, food log feedback, and unlimited coaching with our Registered Dietitian.
Our next 60 Day Challenge will begin September 21, 2019. Registration will open 2-3 weeks prior to the start date. Wave 2 will begin October 19th.
This challenge includes a 1/2 day orientation and MBG 3 Summit on the start date. We promise you'll leave the day feeling ready and inspired to commit to yourself for the full 60 days! However if you absolutely can't make orientation day that does not preclude you from participating, just let us know!
