Annual Schedule

You can jump in to MBG training any time of the year, you don't need to wait for a challenge! But since our workouts progress and become harder after a starting point, or if you have a particular goal in mind, some times of the year are better than others! The theme of our workouts change with the seasons to best help you prep for your Montana adventures. Contact us to discuss the best time to hop in!
